Good to know

  • Free travel on public transport from any Swiss train station to and from the event (within Switzerland).
  • The mass start in the centre of Interlaken is at 08:30 h/am.
  • All public transport tickets from the finish back to Interlaken on race day.
  • The DS Mobile Tracking in the Jungfrau-Marathon app.
  • Pasta-Party on 04 or 05 September 2026
  • Comprehensive marathon infrastructure with time measurement, food stations and first aid posts every 5 km, as well as warm showers and organised baggage transport.
  • Baggage deposit at the start for big bags
  • This year, the Jungfrau-Marathon is once again investing a fixed amount per registered runner in sustainable and climate-neutral projects.

RACE NUMBER ISSUE

Race numbers will be issued at Congress Centre Kursaal Interlaken – opening times:

  • Friday, 4 September, 10.00 to 20.00h
  • Saturday, 5 September, 06.15 to 08.15h

You will need to present the following documents:

  • Start card (printed out or digital)
  • Valid proof of identity with photo (passport, ID card or driving licence)

Registered runners will receive two coupon codes on 10 August by email. They can use both coupon codes to book two free public transport tickets for the journey to and from Interlaken in 2nd class only through the SBB online web shop or at a ticket counter.
