4.4 km and 750 meters ascent from the Höhematte meadow in Interlaken up to the Harder Kulm.
Time limit on course: max. 75 minutes
Eligible to participate:
Women and men 10 years and older: Under 20/40/ Over 40 and "never walk alone" athletes
There are 250 entry slots available.
Entry fee until 29 August: CHF 45.00 (excl. surcharge)
For registrations from 30 September there is a surcharge of CHF 10.00.

Register before 29 August to get a race number printed with your first name.
The following is included:
– Travel on public transport from any Swiss train station to Interlaken
– time measurement with chip
– luggage transport to the finish
– return train journey to Interlaken
– Pasta-Party on Harder Kulm or in the Congress Kursaal Interlaken
– Shower and changing facilities
Race number issue:
From 10.00 h in the Congress Kursaal Interlaken
Start numbers must be worn clearly visible and unfolded.
Award:
All participants will receive a Harder Run Race headband at the finish.
Award ceremony:
Awards will be given to the first three runners in each category at the finish on 18.30 h.
Prize money of CHF 2'300.00 in total will be paid out to the five fastest women and men overall.
Late entry:
Possible up to one hour before the start at the race number issue until the limit of 250 entries is reached.
Changing facilities and showers:
Present your race number to access the showers at the Bödelibad swimming pool in Interlaken.
Parking:
The number of public parking spaces near the start is limited. We recommend arriving by public transport or bicycle.
All participants benefit from free 2nd class travel on public transport from their place of residence (Swiss railway station) to the event and back!
Registered runners will receive their two personal promotion codes by e-mail at the end of August 2023. The codes can be used exclusively at sbb.ch/ticketshop to print out two free public transport tickets.
The Swiss Runners Ticket is non-transferrable and only valid for the return journey when presented together with your race number.
