Data collecting and processing

All personal data collected at the time of registration will be stored and used for the purpose of the realization and management of the event. This applies particularly to the handling of data required for payment. With registration, the participant agrees to his/her data being stored for this purpose. The organizer may distribute and publish all photographs, film shots and interviews on radio, television, film, video cassette and in the print media made in connection with participation in the event without being liable to any claim for payment.

Stored personal data will be passed on to event partners for the purpose of time measurement, compilation of ranking lists and preparation of information material. With registration, the participant agrees to his/her data being stored for this purpose.

The surname, first name, year of birth, race bip and result (ranking, time) of each competitor will be printed and/or published in start and result lists in all the relevant media accompanying the event (printed matter such as programmes and results brochure and on Internet. With his/her registration, the participant agrees to his/her personal data being stored and used for this purpose.
