Eligible: All-comers. Also Walker and Nordic Walker are welcome

Course: 4.2195 km around the Höhematte in the centre of Interlaken (3 circuits)

Time limit: 42 minutes

Start time: 17.45 hrs

No age categories as this is a fun run with no prizes for the fastest

Closing date for registrations: Friday 21 August 2009

Start fee: CHF 25.-

Late entries: To one hour before the start at the start number issue point in the marquee
Late entry surcharge CHF 5.-

Distribution of From 09.00 hrs at the Marathon-Expo in the marquee

Start number: The start number must be clearly visible and not be folded.

Changing rooms: Bödelibad sports hall

Awards ceremony: None

Prizes: Each participant will receive a souvenir prize at the finish on return of the chip. Missing chips will be charged tot he runner (CHF 50.-). No prizes for the fastest runners

Insurance: Responsibility of the participant. The organizer accepts no liability whatsoever
